What ingredients do you use?
We use 100% natural soy wax, pure beeswax, organic coconut and olive oils, pure essential oils, and botanical extracts. No parabens, phthalates, or synthetic fragrances ever.
How long do your candles burn?
Our 8oz candles burn for approximately 50-60 hours. Our 16oz candles last 90-100 hours. Proper wick trimming extends burn time significantly.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship to all 50 states via USPS Priority Mail. Orders over $45 ship free. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days.
Can I visit your studio?
Our Portland studio is open Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-6pm. Workshop participants are welcome, and we love showing visitors the crafting process.
What's your return policy?
We stand behind every product. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll replace or refund your purchase within 30 days — no questions asked.
Do you offer custom scents for events?
Absolutely! Our custom scent blending service is perfect for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. You'll work one-on-one with a scent artisan.
